In twenty years of renting across various cities, property types and management arrangements, I've never had a better property manager than Joe - professional, friendly, considerate, patient, helpful, above and beyond.

But what's unique is the clear passion and commitment Joe has to ensuring whatever needs to be done for his tenants is completed as swiftly and thoroughly as possible. The team mantra of wanting to make tenant's lives easier comes into its own whenever the rubber hits the road - repairs, maintenance, inspections, bond return - all sorted before you know it.

Joe always made sure I felt at home and a part of the family for the five years I lived at the property. He took my issues seriously, trusted me and had my back, with a bedside manner that is second to none and a good sense of humour. I couldn't have had a better time there, and if I ever look at moving back to Sydney, he'll be my first call.

I've been renting an apartment managed by Joe and the team for over five years. During this time I've found the service and responsiveness excellent. Joe and Ray take the time to understand the matter or request and actions a solution or sends out tradies promptly when something needs fixing. Having a responsive property manager makes us feel secure and has been a big reason for us staying in the apartment for several years.

What stood out most was how well he managed the balance between tenants and owners. You always felt like things were being handled fairly and properly, which makes a big difference.

Even towards the end of the lease when there were a couple of admin hiccups around payments, Joe just handled it calmly and got it sorted quickly. Communication was always clear and nothing ever felt like a hassle.
