I've been renting an apartment managed by Joe and the team for over five years. During this time I've found the service and responsiveness excellent. Joe and Ray take the time to understand the matter or request and actions a solution or sends out tradies promptly when something needs fixing. Having a responsive property manager makes us feel secure and has been a big reason for us staying in the apartment for several years. 

I have rented from Joe for over eight years, and throughout that time he has been an exceptional landlord.

Joe has always been approachable, respectful, and responsive whenever any issues have arisen. Any

maintenance requests or concerns have been dealt with promptly and professionally, making renting the property a positive and stress-free experience.

What I appreciate most is his fairness and genuine care for us tenants. He has consistently maintained the

property to a high standard and has always communicated clearly and respectfully. It is clear that he takes pride in providing a well-managed and comfortable home.

I had a really positive experience renting under Joe’s management. He was always easy to deal with – approachable, responsive and consistently professional.

What stood out most was how well he managed the balance between tenants and owners. You always felt like things were being handled fairly and properly, which makes a big difference.

Even towards the end of the lease when there were a couple of admin hiccups around payments, Joe just handled it calmly and got it sorted quickly. Communication was always clear and nothing ever felt like a hassle.

I've had Joe as my commercial property manager for the last 8 years and it has allowed me to run my busy psychology practice very smoothly, with no interruptions. Even when construction was happening in the building, Joe went out of his way to make sure that I could continue seeing clients with minimal disruption. Joe has always been on hand whenever I've needed him, even helping me to clean up when I broke a glass and once when I was locked out of my office a couple of times!
